HARDYS WINE
Hardy’s wine was established in 1853 and is Australia ’s second largest winery and certainly its most dynamic. With the acquisition of some of Australia ’s premium wine estates, together with the creative flair and drive to create brands of real value and quality, Hardy’s has built up a portfolio of wines which make it one of the most diverse and exciting in today’s wine market. With the following five varieties we are sure there is something here to suit everyone’s palette.

Hardy’s Riesling-Gewürztraminer: A delicious, white, grapey wine using 2 aromatic varieties. The blend is supplemented with Frontignac, which gives the wine an exotic touch. This dry wine has a full tropical fruit and lychee flavour.

Hardy’s Colombard-Chardonnay: This white wine comprising of the zingy character of 78% Colombard with a fuller style of 22% Chardonnay, is an easy drinking and refreshing lively wine.

Hardy’s Chardonnay-Semillon: A white wine that has a soft creamy texture with flavours of lime with a subtle oak overtone. Colombard is added to the final blend to give an acidy, zingy finish.

Hardy’s Cabernet-Merlot: A medium red with rich blackcurrant and cinnamon flavours with a soft sweet vanilla oak in the background. It is a blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon and 24% Merlot.

Hardy’s Shiraz-Cabernet: The palette of this wine is a delicious coming together of pepper, spice and raspberry flavours which come from the Shiraz and the flavours of blackcurrant and rich tannins of the Cabernet are finished off with a touch of toasty-vanilla oak.
